In China

Saro Capozzoli, has about 20 years working experience in China. He lived and worked in many cities in inner China, supervising the engineering for the construction of medium/large size chemical plants. During this time he has developed an extended network in China. After 9 years in ENI Group, he founded JESA in 1998 and he is now the General Manager.

Isabelle Wei, with a background of international relations, culture and foreign affairs, she has previous experiences in tourism and trading. Since 2004, she is Deputy General Manager of JESA and she is in charge of management and administration.

Scott Sun, with a master degree in Economics, he is CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst). He has more than 7 years of working experience in financial investment consultancy and risk management. Since 2005, he is Deputy General Manager in JESA and he is in charge of strategic consulting and investment.

Pedro Wang, with 17 years of work experience in international trading, he is a registered and qualified International Business Engineer. His main competences regard supplier selection, production planning, inspection and finished product import & export. Since 2006, he is Manager of Outsourcing Department.

In Europe

Paolo Calzavara, co-founder of JESA, graduated in Industrial Organic Chemistry, he has 25 years of managerial experience as Executive Director of companies belonging to international groups both in Italy and abroad. He is the active interface between customers in Europe and JESA in China.

Marco Gentili has an EMBA at INSEAD, a MSc in Develop. Economics from London University. He has more than 12 years working experience as an executive in China. He has developed a deep understanding of Chinese business environment.
