Saro Capozzoli, with more than 17 years of direct work experience in China. He has worked in China for an international engineering firm (Snamprogetti -ENI Group) in many locations of China and in important industrial projects. In the mean time he has developed an extended network in Asia. He founded JESA in 1998 focusing on the needs of international clients in Chinese and Mongolian markets, as well as the needs of Chinese emerging enterprises in Europe.

Isabelle Wei, with a training background in international relations, culture and foreign affairs, is Deputy General Manager of JESA since 2004. She has 17 years of working experience in tourism, trading and management consulting. Since 2004, she has taken the charge of Deputy General Manager of JESA; she has a deep understanding of western culture and the demands of Clients.

Scott Sun, with a master degree in Economics, he is CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and has more than 7 years of work experience in financial investment consultancy. Since 2005, he has taken the charge of Manager of Consulting Department and he is Senior Project Manager in JESA.

Pedro Wang, with 17 years of work experience in international trading, he is a registered and qualified International Business Engineer. His main competences regard supplier selection, production following, inspection and finished product import & export. Since 2006, he is Manager of Outsourcing Department.
